My Name is Nicolette Vanterpool, I’m the Founder and  CEO of A&G Property Management.As a  property manager. I increased the profit margins for private investors’ portfolios by implementing security deposit insurance. I replaced the cash security deposit for over 200 apartment units. This increased the rental profit margin for the investor by 55 % annually and saved the average tenant 90% of their security deposit. Both parties gained an even exchange. The investor gained by having insurance that would protect the unit from damages and missed rental payments. The tenant would be able to have more cash in hand by only paying 10% of the security deposit over the space of the 12-month lease. I’ve also researched prospects on various Real Estate platforms, performed cold calls, and presented projects to executives. Being in the sales and commission-based arena of real estate I’ve learned to become a better problem solver and have learned to bring an added value to thinking outside the box that’s what would separate me from others. I’ve learned that you need in-depth knowledge of your products and services. If you don’t know the ins and outs of your products you won’t be effective in sales. I’ve learned that you have to go the extra mile to sell and put in extra hours outside of work. I am passionate about building long-term relationships with customers and clients. I would describe myself as persistent because I never give in, and I react well to challenging situations because in sales it is essential to have a strong mindset. Finally, I would describe myself as evolving. I’m working harder on myself so that I can attract more opportunities.

I am transitioning into a Digital Marketing role where I can expand the knowledge, creativity, and business skills needed to successfully market a client’s brand. I’ve taken online courses and completed projects that allowed me to gain hands-on experience. I’ve created a personal blog, and I’ve completed a B2B fitness webpage. I created marketing materials.
As an experienced digital marketer, I have the knowledge, creativity, and business skills needed to successfully market a client’s brand. My skill set includes the following: social media management, digital marketing framework, the steps of the customer journey, knowledge of SEO implementation, proficiency in graphic design in Canva, website management, and experience in executing digital marketing campaigns for brands. For three years, I was employed as a social media coordinator for a variety of clients. At one point, I produced copy-write content for 10 social media accounts. My biggest online presence was on Tic Toc, with one of my account’s accumulating over 12,000 followers. My marketing strategies were always designed to entice the client’s target audience. I also have basic experience in running websites for brands; in today’s market, having a functional and attractive website is a key part of running a successful marketing campaign. In addition, I am familiar with various business strategies targeted at growing an online presence. As a marketer, I understand the importance of developing relationships to foster loyalty among customers. I can implement a wide range of strategies for branding purposes, especially when it comes to improving a client’s social media presence and search engine optimization.
